WHAT:           10^th Annual Families Matter Benefit and Celebration

·        The signature fundraiser for Friends of the Family, Southern California’s premier family

resource center.

·        A highly visible event attracting over 600 guests including prominent corporate and

entertainment executives, philanthropists, and celebrities.

·        Dinner gala featuring silent and live auctions, entertainment, and a short awards program.

WHY:             Because Families Matter…

 

                        Friends of the Family provides parent education, child development,

                        family literacy and family counseling services so that fragile families

                        can survive and thrive. 

                       

                        For over 30 years, the organization has been supporting and teaching parents how to create safe

and nurturing homes and in the process helping children to develop into healthy and joyful young people.

                        With a budget of $1.7 million, the organization reaches over 5,000 families each year, providing a lifeline

of hope for a better and brighter future.
